Amazon Web Services
Amazon Web Services, Inc. provides Amazon ECS on Fargate, Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL, Amazon S3, Amazon SQS, AWS Secrets Manager and Amazon CloudWatch, used to host, operate and secure the service. Production for this console runs in us-west-2 (Oregon), United States.
Rshift
Rshift hosts the public speech.name marketing and legal pages and processes the ordinary request information needed to serve them. Rshift does not hold the application database, buyer entitlements, private recordings or model artifacts.
Clerk
Clerk, Inc. provides sign-in (Google, Microsoft and email) through the clerk.speech.name instance, which serves every console. Clerk holds the account identifier, email address, sign-in method and session state; it receives no record content, audio, licence or payout data. The sign-in form itself is served on this site.
Marketplace
No marketplace bills customers on this edition yet. When the AWS Marketplace listing goes live, Amazon Web Services will supply order and entitlement facts for paid plans and will be the only party that bills a customer; this page will be updated before that happens.
Stripe · speaker payouts
Stripe, Inc. (Stripe Connect) pays speakers their licence earnings. A speaker who opts in is taken to Stripe to provide identity and bank details, which Stripe holds and we never receive; Stripe receives the speaker's account identifier, organisation identifier and the amounts transferred. Direct billing and Connect payouts use separate webhook and processing roles.
Managed model compute
airuntime dispatches bounded model jobs to the configured provider. Existing cloud GPU capacity is the primary path. Vast.ai may provide GPU capacity only when its reviewed adapter is enabled; it receives the text, reference audio or short-lived access to the consented dataset needed for that job. Durable recordings and model manifests remain in our storage. Modal is not used by the managed service and is relevant only when an operator independently selects the self-hosted recipe.
Speech providers you connect
A customer may connect its own account with a third-party speech provider such as ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Cartesia, Deepgram, Fish Audio or MiniMax. That provider then processes the text the customer submits, under the customer's own agreement with it. It is the customer's processor, not ours, and it appears here so the arrangement is visible.
